Our In-Business Secure Document Bins provide a convenient, secure solution for regularly disposing of sensitive documents. These locked bins ensure that your confidential information remains protected until scheduled destruction. We supply the 120L Secure Documents Bins (the smaller of the 2 bins above) which fit perfectly into an office environment, and are charcoal in colour so as not to stand out too much in your office setting.

The collection of the bin can be done so on a regular basis as frequently as needed by your business, or we can collect on a per needs basis, so you are only paying for the service when it is required.  A simple email, call or text and we will be at your business generally within three business days to collect and swap for a new bin.

Every service receives a Certificate of Destruction which is a Compliance Document to confirm all documents have been properly destroyed in confidence.

Here at Secure Shredding Services, our Document Clean Out service is used when you require a clean out of old records that are ready for destruction.  We can either deliver our bins, and we will collect once full, or alternatively, we can collect archive boxes straight from your business or storage facility as they are.   If you require assistance in filling the bins, we can offer this service as well.
